Terms of Engagement

1. Operational Scope

Shabab Deira Shipping & Cargo Services is a UAE manpower and workforce services company based in Deira, Dubai, providing services inside the UAE only. Submissions through this website represent inquiries for workforce availability and quotation; they do not constitute a binding supply agreement until a formal agreement is executed between both parties.

2. Quotations & Rate Validity

Standard quotations provided by our operations desk remain valid for thirty (30) days from issuance unless otherwise specified in writing. Rate schedules reflect service category, worker numbers, shift durations, and site requirements.

3. Regulatory Compliance

All workforce engagements are conducted in strict compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regarding the Regulation of Labour Relations and all associated ministerial decrees. Shabab Deira maintains full responsibility for visa sponsorship, medical insurance, and WPS salary disbursement.

4. Site Safety Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment, conducting necessary site inductions, and complying with UAE occupational safety standards.
