Shabab Deira was founded in 2012 by Zubair Khan in Deira, Dubai — steps from the creek, the port, and the trading heart of the city. The company began by serving the businesses around it: cargo handlers, traders, and shopkeepers who needed dependable hands.
Fourteen years on, that same principle guides a much wider operation. Today Shabab Deira supplies workforce services across all seven emirates — packing, loading, delivery, cleaning, catering, events, machine operation, driving, port work, and general support — to logistics, retail, manufacturing, events, and facilities clients.
The company is part of a group of five specialised UAE companies, each focused on one part of the cargo and workforce chain. Clients deal with one point of contact — and draw on the capabilities of the whole group.
